The AFM (Financial Markets Authority) enforces the Financial Supervision Act (Wft) and supervises the competence and integrity of services provided by financial advisors. Our firm is registered with the AFM and holds a legal license to advise on and mediate in financial services.
Our office consistently strives to ensure the highest quality of our services. Nevertheless, should you be dissatisfied, please inform us. We take complaints about our services very seriously. We have an internal complaints procedure, are affiliated with the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid), and adhere to its regulations.
Internal Compensation Policy
The remuneration of our employees is not influenced by the volume of advice provided or the number of financial products mediated. All employees within our company receive a fixed, market-conform salary.
Our employees are evaluated and assessed based on their integrity, soundness, and customer-oriented behavior. Their compensation is determined based on this assessment.
