The quality of our service is paramount to us. Nevertheless, should you be dissatisfied, we kindly ask you to inform us, as we take all complaints very seriously. Please fill out the form below, or submit your complaint in writing or by email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
According to our internal complaints procedure, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two weeks. Vincent van Leeuwen is the designated contact person for complaints within our office.
